What happens to the items you collect?
We make an effort to donate suitable items and recycle where practical. Some materials cannot be donated or recycled and need appropriate disposal. The condition and local acceptance rules determine the options.
What items should I check with you about first?
Ask before booking hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids, exceptionally heavy debris or anything requiring special handling. Send a photo if you are unsure whether we can take an item.
